Community Classes

Our community classes are open to everyone and offer the chance to take class in our stunning facilities and studios in South London, Find us on the map in Zone 4 London. We provide classes for children from 21/2 years all the way through to adult dance classes and adult yoga.

If you used to study ballet or would like to learn contemporary dance you can do in our state of the art spaces. All community classes offer a free trial class (subject to availability) so you can see if the class is right for you. Each link below details exactly what you need to know from what to bring, term fees, what to wear for class, and how to find us.

An overview of the classes we offer:

    • *Six different children’s classes spit by age group where children are encouraged to develop their creativity, musicality and self expression, as well as contemporary technique for older children in a fun, relaxed way.

    • *Amy’s open adult yoga combines Vinyasa and Hatha flow which focuses on physicality in a friendly welcoming environment.

    • *Learn classical ballet technique with Sophie for beginners and improvers covering the ballet positions and movements to improve and strengthen key muscles.

    • *Join our 10 week course in adult contemporary dance for all levels with Amy to explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance including falls, spirals, balance and alignment.

We don’t have a children’s community classes uniform so choose what you feel comfortable in for dance.
